Our Dogs

We got 2 male dogs at the moment, the big one is ICE. He is a low maintenance, quiet dog in the house. That being said, if you challenge him he will put you down as a warning. But generally he is a very patient and a good dog with people and other dogs.

Our Karelian bear dog’s name is Zeus. He was born on 2nd November 2008 in Denmark. We take this opportunity to thank Ms. Hanne for sending us such a beautiful boy! We are proud to have him.

Ms. Hanne has been breeding Karelian Bear Dogs for 40 years now. A life time! We are truly inspired by her motivation, and hard work. Once again, we send our regards to her and her family from here.

Zeus has great movement and perfect structure. His temperament is great with people and other dogs. He and our other male dog plays continuously tug of war & run after each other every day. We occasionally attend obedience classes. He was one of the best performing dogs in the class in the shortest amount of time. He had completed his canine good citizen certificate.

Quick facts about Zeus:

No wonder why Ms. Hanne named him as Trold in the pedigree. He is precisely a good one.

He wakes us up every morning with kisses on our bed.

He loves to sleep, stay outdoors like most of the Karelian Bear Dogs.

Loves to do long walks.

Not keen on bathing much but getting there.

He follows multiple commands.

He is a very vocal dog, makes a lot of funny noises for different situations.

No female as yet, and i doubt it happening in the near future. We got 2 more boys coming in the family and they aren’t dogs! Check the kennels in the links section.
